I cannot fault the service I received at JCT 32 Cars. Everyone I dealt with was super friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgable. I felt completely safe with apporpriate social distancing measures and PPE in place. I was able to test drive two cars and felt confident that measures had been taken to ensure the cars were clean and safe for these drives. When it came to deciding on a car I felt in no way under any pressure to make a decision. The staff were helpful but not pushy in any way, making me feel comfortable with my decision. They were more than happy for me to take some time before committing to a decision or putting down a deposit. The car I bought drives brilliantly, I have had no issues so far and I know that if I do have any issues/queries that I can always pop back. I am so glad someone recommended this place to me and will definitely be using them in the future!

The service I received at Jct 32 was absolutely fantastic throughout my experience. All the staff members were very friendly and happy to help with any queries that I had. I was also impressed by the level of Covid 19 precautions in place such as hand sanitiser, screens, and steering wheel and seat covers. I will definitely recommend Jct 32 to anyone I can and will be sure to return when it’s time for my next car. Thank you very much to all the staff.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and the cars are cheap. Received help from the start to end and there was no sales pitch so i was not forced into a purchase

Had to call Brittania home start out on Saturday. Starter motor faults and other fault codes found. Asked for the car to be taken to Jct32 garage to be repaired. Best garage choice I've made for a number of years. Great communication throughout from the day it was received at the garage ,to collecting it on Monday,repaired, and working well,at a very fair price too. 5 star staff and garage. Highly recommend them for all repairs. Good choice of used cars too at sensible prices.

The people at the garage seem genuine and hard-working. They did not oversell the car. The car seems fine. All the paperwork, etc. were fine. I felt safe (in terms of the pandemic). I will use the garage in future to service the car

They were absolutely lovely, so helpful and kind. This was my first car so I was a little unsure but I was put at ease straight away, they were honest and straight forward. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a used car, no problem is too small.

I have recently purchased a care from Jct 32. The customer service was outstanding and nothing was too much trouble for seller. He went above and beyond my expectations. He was not satisfied with anything unless we were. The amount of time he provided us with was truly grateful, at no time was he pushy or impatient with us, allowing us much time to make our decisions. Excellent car salesman who I would recommend.

I had been to several other garages before this one and this stood head and shoulders above the others. The staff were friendly and on time when it came to appointments. The cars had all been cleaned well outside and inside, with added air fresheners too. Kevin, the owner, was extremely supportive to me as this was my first car and gave great advice regarding insurance. I would recommend this place to anyone.

My experience was very quick, easy and organised and the seller was very helpful.

I have recently bought my wife a Peugeot 207 from this garage and we are more than impressed with time and care they give when you visit them. They go above and beyond to help you with any questions you may have and the after sales is really good too.

Always bought my cars from a major dealer rather than smaller companies, took a gamble on it and went over to see the car dealer, I’d spoken with him over the phone and seemed a nice enough bloke, We had a chat and a good look around the car, it was as he said and more, wry trust worthy of us which made the wife fee loads more comfortable, we signed sealed the deal after a short run out in it, sue to the current climate with Covid, Kevin made sure he looked after our welfare as well as his workforce. No complaints at all, With both parties heavily involved in rugby league we found this a great place to purchase our car as we felt we could trust Kevin, genuine bloke who wanted to help us out,

We even go out of our way to come to this garage, we have never been disappointed or ripped off. I just bought a Peugeot 207 hdi van from JCT32 this is the first time I have bought a vehicle from here and I am happy with the vehicle that I have purchased it is a cracking little van it runs alot better than the 206 I had and apart from a few marks and scratches here and there that is the only fault with this van but it is still a tidy little van also I was happy with the excellent customer service that Kev provided he is a genuine very nice guy very easy to get on with so thanks Kev I would definitely recommend him that’s why I am giving this rating kind regards

With Jct 32 what you see is what you get. The rising value of used cars meant that we were unable to haggle over the price, but the garage did all it could to ensure that they were selling a vehicle which would be good value for money and as trouble-free as possible. They were open and honest with the mechanic from Carexamer who inspected the car, mentioning a minor intermittent problem with a noisy starter motor. He gave the car a clean bill of health. They serviced the car in their own workshop and had an MOT done at an independent MOT centre. They kept us informed every step of the way (including working with the MOT centre to get an earlier slot so we could have the car sooner). We travelled all the way from Surrey to find the right car and we weren't disappointed. It was very well presented, with a clean and dent-free exterior and a spotless interior. They always fit new number plates to every car they sell, which helps enhance the appearance (and ensures a bit of publicity as well). I couldn't fault their approach, which was such a refreshing change from the majority of ex-auction, dodgy, over-priced vehicles we saw in various parts of London.

Kevin and Josh were fantastic from start to finish. JCT32 was the first place I went to look for my first car, and I spotted the one I was after. Kevin encouraged me to go and shop about a little before buying, and after about an hour of checking other local used car dealerships I went to my first choice. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that want to keep you looked after, and foster a repeat customer to local business mentality that is rarely seen in this day and age of mass corporate consumerism. I was kept informed every step of the way, and also provided with an MOT and Service to keep my first year on the road concern free. The car is great for its age, and these gents will not spin you any BS to make a sale. Looking after the local drivers is very much in their minds. Thanks Kevin and Josh, and the rest of the lads.
